A nurse is on-call on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and on weeknights from 4:30 p.m.
to 9:00 p.m. for critical INR results.
Some of the conditions or procedures that may benefit from cardiac rehabilitation may include, but are not limited to, the following: congestive heart failure, angina pectoris, heart attack (myocardial infarction), post-open heart surgery, post-heart transplantation, angioplasty / stent, implanted pacemaker. Center for Childhood Speech & Language Disorders Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Speech and language pathologists help children with speech and language impairments learn to communicate. Our program offers a compete range of specialty care programs for children with speech and language disorders, hearing impairment and swallowing disorders. Our mission is to help children achieve their maximum communicative, functional and social potential. Children's Rehabilitation Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
Services Available: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology Services, Social Work. Driver Rehabilitation Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Purpose: To provide a variety of services to those who would like to become a safer driver or resume independent driving. Conditions Treated: Traumatic brain injury, CVA (Stroke), Upper and/or lower extremity amputation, Elderly drivers, Learning disabilities, Low Vision. Nutrition & Preventative Medicine Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon appointments are available by appointment. Our experienced team can also help you decide whether bariatric surgery, either gastric bypass or lap-band surgery, is the right decision for you. WorkAbility Program Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This Program is a highly specialized service that helps people return to work after an occupational injury, accident or illness, and assists employers and employees in preventing on-the-job injuries.
